Senior-most cadet leader of the College. Upholds discipline, honor, and institutional traditions. Represents and leads the Cadets.

The Academic Staff Officer is responsible for managing the administrative, operational, and scheduling aspects of the academic wing to ensure the smooth conduct of classes, examinations, and academic record keeping. He/she assists in academic administration by preparing class timetables, allocating classrooms, and ensuring that teaching activities follow the prescribed curriculum. The officer coordinates examination activities, including preparation of question papers, conduct of assessments, and timely publication of results. He/she maintains students’ academic records such as attendance, grades, and performance reports, and acts as an important liaison between faculty members, students, parents, and the school administration. In addition, he/she provides operational support to the academic team through scheduling, documentation, and reporting, while also ensuring adherence to academic regulations and maintaining discipline among students during academic hours.

The House Master is responsible for maintaining the discipline, welfare, and well-being of the cadets in his/her House. He/she ensures their personal hygiene, neatness of clothing, and proper maintenance of House facilities, arranging issue of clothing in consultation with the Administrative Officer. He/she conducts weekly House inspections and assemblies, supervises furniture and fittings, and ensures economical use of water and electricity. The House Master operates cadets’ bank accounts for distribution of pocket money, recommends cadets for appointments, and arranges House functions with the approval of the Principal. He/she also prepares duty rosters for supervision of academic preparation, selects cadets for Inter-House competitions, prepares term-wise progress reports, and runs the Guidance and Motivation Cell (GMC) to support the cadets’ academic and personal development.
