Morning PT builds strength, stamina, and discipline. Through drills, exercises, and running, cadets develop physical fitness, teamwork, and resilience essential for military-style life.
Wash-Up and Breakfast
After PT, cadets freshen up and enjoy a nutritious breakfast. This routine promotes hygiene, time management, and healthy eating habits in a calm, supervised environment.
Turnout Inspection
Cadets are inspected for dress, cleanliness, and overall turnout. This reinforces discipline, attention to detail, and pride in personal appearance—core values of MCSK.
Form Master’s Disposal
Under the guidance of the Form Master, cadets receive daily instructions, motivation, and important notices, ensuring clarity, accountability, and moral guidance before academic sessions begin.
Academic Classes
Structured academic classes form the core of the day. Cadets attend well-planned lessons in a focused environment, balancing academic excellence with discipline and character development.
Lunch
A balanced lunch provides nourishment and relaxation. Cadets dine together, fostering camaraderie while maintaining etiquette and orderly conduct in the dining hall.
Quiet Hour
This supervised rest and study period allows cadets to relax, revise lessons, or engage in quiet reading, helping them recharge mentally and improve academic focus.
Games and Sports
