Colonel Jamil Ahmed Khan, psc served as the 1st Principal of MCSK from 13 September 2001 to 19 November 2004. As the founding Principal, he laid the cornerstone of discipline, academic structure, and cadet culture that continue to define the institution. His tenure was marked by the establishment of administrative frameworks, academic routines, and residential systems, setting MCSK firmly on its journey toward becoming a distinguished military-styled educational institution in the Khulna region.

Colonel A T M Ziaul Hasan, psc served as the 2nd Principal from 20 November 2004 to 6 March 2006. During his leadership, MCSK experienced consolidation of its academic and training systems. He strengthened institutional discipline and co-curricular structures, ensuring that the foundational vision of the college translated into sustainable operational excellence.

Colonel Ridwan-Al-Mahmood, afwc, psc assumed office as the 3rd Principal on 7 March 2006 and served until 24 April 2008. His tenure focused on infrastructural enhancement and academic refinement. He emphasized quality teaching standards and cadet grooming, contributing to the steady rise of MCSK’s reputation for balanced excellence in academics and character building.

Colonel Babar Md Salim, psc served as the 4th Principal from 25 March 2008 to 6 June 2010. Under his guidance, MCSK expanded its training and extracurricular platforms, encouraging cadets’ participation in sports and cultural activities. His leadership further institutionalized discipline and performance-oriented education within the residential framework.

Colonel Md Tanveer Iqbal, psc held office as the 5th Principal from 7 June 2010 to 10 January 2012. His tenure was characterized by academic strengthening and administrative modernization. He worked towards enhancing classroom standards and maintaining a harmonious residential environment, contributing to improved academic outcomes and cadet welfare.

Colonel Jalal Ghani Khan, psc served as the 6th Principal from 11 January 2012 to 15 January 2013. During his tenure, he reinforced military values and structured cadet leadership training, ensuring a disciplined and motivated learning atmosphere aligned with the ethos of a military collegiate institution.

Colonel Sheikh Masud Ahmed, psc served as the 7th Principal from 16 January 2013 to 8 July 2013. Though his tenure was brief, he contributed to maintaining academic continuity and operational stability, preserving the institution’s forward momentum through disciplined supervision and effective administration.

Colonel Md Nurul Huda, psc served as the 8th Principal from 4 August 2013 to 21 January 2015. His leadership emphasized infrastructural maintenance and academic discipline. Brigadier General Md Sarwar Hossain, BSP, SGP, ndc, hdmc, psc served as the 9th Principal from 22 January 2015 to 13 January 2016. His tenure reflected strategic leadership and a focus on holistic cadet development. He upheld high standards of discipline, academic rigor, and leadership training, further enhancing the prestige of MCSK.

Brigadier General Israt Hossain, afwc, psc served as the 10th Principal from 14 January 2016 to 8 November 2016. During his tenure, he concentrated on strengthening institutional discipline and academic supervision, ensuring continuity in standards and reinforcing cadet character formation.

Brigadier General Mashiur Rahman,psc served as the 11th Principal from 9 November 2016 to 15 January 2018. His leadership was marked by steady administrative oversight and encouragement of extracurricular excellence. He fostered a culture of accountability and teamwork among cadets and staff, contributing to the sustained growth and reputation of MCSK.

BA-Brigadier General Mohammad Mamun, psc served as the 12th Principal of MCSK from 18 February 2018 to 31 December 2018. A proud member of the 24th Long Course of the ASC Corps, he brought disciplined leadership and infrastructural vision to the institution. During his tenure, approval was secured from the Ministry of Education for the construction of a 5-storied, 496-bed girls’ hostel—an initiative that significantly expanded residential facilities and strengthened MCSK’s commitment to inclusive cadet education.

BA- Brigadier General A.T.M. Anisuzzaman , BP, ndc, psc assumed office as the 13th Principal of MCSK on 10 February 2019 and served until January 2021. Commissioned from the 19th Long Course of the East Bengal Regiment, he emphasized institutional organization and long-term planning. His tenure witnessed systematic preservation of land-related documents through a committee framework and acquisition of 36 decimals of land for constructing residential facilities for teachers, thereby enhancing staff welfare and administrative sustainability.

BA- Brigadier General Md. Maksudul Haque, ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil served as the 14th Principal of MCSK from January 2021 to December 2021. A member of the 24th Long Course of the Ordnance Corps, he focused on modernization and administrative efficiency. He introduced digital ID card systems for cadets, faculty, and staff; established a new multipurpose hall; upgraded conference facilities; developed a cadet honor code framework; and created improved recreational spaces—fostering discipline, identity, and a refined academic environment.

BA- Brigadier General Mohammad Salman Ibne Rouf, psc took over as the 15th Principal in January 2022 and served until December 2022. Also from the 24th Long Course of the Ordnance Corps, he concentrated on security, supervision, and operational enhancement. His tenure included installation of CCTV monitoring systems for cadet safety, establishment of duty posts for enhanced vigilance, and infrastructural improvements aimed at ensuring a secure, disciplined, and smoothly managed residential campus.

BA- Brigadier General Shahzad Parvez Mohiuddin, afwc, psc served as the 16th Principal of MCSK from 28 March 2024 to 31 December 2024. Commissioned from the 35th Long Course of the Signals Corps, he prioritized infrastructure renovation, sports development, and policy reform. Notable achievements during his tenure include renovation of the swimming pool with filtration systems, construction of new cricket pitches and basketball boards, reinforcement works to protect playing fields from waterlogging, installation of electrical upgrades in the girls’ wing, formulation of service policies including gratuity and provident fund guidelines, and successful completion of the Annual Sports Competition 2024 in a revitalized campus environment.

BA- Brigadier General Md. Zahid Hossain, ndc, psc assumed office as the 17th Principal on 1 January 2025 and served until 31 December 2025. A member of the 29th Long Course of the Signals Corps, he steered MCSK through a period of international exposure and structural advancement. His tenure marked the successful organization of an overseas educational tour to Malaysia for Higher Secondary cadets, renovation and construction of multiple basketball courts, sand filling and land development works to prevent waterlogging, review and updating of institutional SOPs, and improvement of internal roads to ensure uninterrupted mobility during monsoon seasons—further strengthening the academic and residential excellence of MCSK.
